Join a Team

The teams that win hackathons are rarely the ones with the cleanest code — they are the ones that cover every role: someone who builds, someone who designs the flow, someone who keeps the team on track, and someone who owns the pitch. You do not need to code to be one of them.

Before an event

Every XRPL Commons hackathon has a team-formation moment — on the event's community channel and on site during the opening session. Come with a one-sentence description of what you want to work on, or of what you are good at, and find the people who complement you.

Outside events

• Join the community channels announced on each event page
• Come to a meetup — most teams start with a conversation
• Founders: the Aquarium welcomes teams with at least one full-time founder
